Expert Witness – Litigation Support – Safety Consulting
Design for Play offers litigation support, consulting, and expert witness services in relationship to playground injuries, playground design, and playground installation. JC Boushh is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector by the National Recreation and Park Association and is certified by the National Program for Playground Safety. He has authored numerous articles on recreation and playground safety and has conducted countless safety seminars and courses. He participates on the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) F15 Committee for Sports Equipment & Facilities Testing, and has been a trained instructor for International Playground Contractors Association Playground Construction School. He is available for playground inspections and surface testing.
